At AnimeAmz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item or size
- The print quality does not match the product listing
- The item is significantly different from what was advertised
Non-Returnable Items
Since our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size selection (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@animeamz.com with your order number and photos of the issue
- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request within 24-48 hours
- Ship the Item: If approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us with your order details and we’ll arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide photos of the damaged packaging/item
- We’ll file a claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund
