How long does shipping take?

All items are custom made to order. Production takes 3-7 business days, plus shipping time (7-12 days for US, 10-20 days international). See our Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 200 countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties imposed by your country.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer US sizes 5-13 for sneakers. Please check the Size Guide on each product page for detailed measurements.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
